 Interior Designing, Concept and Layout Design, Interior AutoCAD, Autocad Drafting, 3D software and Photoshopskills, Quantity Assessment, Technical drawings

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

· 3+ year’s professional experience on commercial and hospitality interiors.

· Track record of delivering outstanding high quality design

· Excellent decision making and problem solving skills

· Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials, color schemes, design styles and costing of materials.

· Understanding of technical drawings

· Drafting skills - Proficient in Autocad

· Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel

· Photoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-Max, Vray

· Exceptional Autocad knowledge and drafting skills. Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations

· Knowledge about interior elements and building structures

· Proficient in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup

· Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interior concept designing and moodboard preperation
• Should have prior experience in handling interior projects from design till execution phase.
• Handling a team of junior designers.
• Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes
• Preparing BOQ
• Site Visits and Site measurements
• Ensure quality of design Timeline management
• Extreme attention to detail
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills
