Job Description
Come join a leading luxury villa developer, in helping build memorable second homes for our HNI clientele.
- Office location: Fort, Kala Ghoda, Mumbai
- Site Location: Awas, Alibaug (Site is on Main Alibaug Road). We have a second project coming up in Ziradpada.
Qualification
You should have experience with projects in HIGH END VILLAS, and / or Construction in Alibaug / Lonavala / Goa / Karjat / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore. High end hospitality construction can be considered.
- Alibaug experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Should be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office / Google Docs, and at least one project management software. REVIT knowledge is a bonus.
- Should have excellent communication skills !
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will own the design management process of our projects
- You will coordinate with all our key consultants - architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape designers, lighting designers, and the like
- You will keep the design process on track, by hosting and holding regular design workshops.
- You will ensure the BoQs are prepared diligently by consultants, and check them
- You will help with tender process for key contractors
- You will help with material selection process for key materials
- You will provide inputs on project quality , project cost, project timelines
- You will be required to travel once or twice a week to Alibaug site. We will provide travel reimbursements.
