Job Description

An Interior Designer cum 3D Visualizer is responsible for creating and designing interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the client's requirements. This job also involves the creation of 3D visualizations and models of the designs, which help clients to visualize the end product.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience working as an interior designer and 3D visualizer.
• Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent creativity, design, and visualization skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good project management and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create designs and layouts for interior spaces based on the client's requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Develop concepts, sketches, and drawings to illustrate the design ideas and obtain client approval.
• Use software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other tools to create 3D models and visualizations of the designs.
• Make adjustments to the designs based on feedback from clients or project managers.
• Research and stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and finishes.
• Collaborate with other designers, architects, and contractors to ensure the project's successful completion.
• Create and present design proposals and estimates to clients.
• Attend site visits and meetings with clients to ensure the design is implemented as per the plan.
