Job Description

We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The goal is to design practical spaces yet visually pleasing.

Education

UG : Any Graduate

Qualification

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience in Interiors/Plans/Elevation/Drawing/Supervision of the Project
• Knowledge of 3D Max is preferable
• Proficiency in English

Roles & Responsibilities

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions
• Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
• Set costs and project fees according to budget, select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget
• Produce "sample" and "mood boards"
• Supervise work progress, and coordinate with various agencies on-site
• Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
• Provides design budgets for projects/BOQs
• Maintains detailed project documentation, revisions & changes
• Complete working drawing for site execution
• Layouts, elevations, false ceiling/electrical etc.
