Project Architect works on all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. They report to team Senior Architects/Associate/Director on tasks and deliverables and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a projects completion on-time, on/under- budget, and meeting quality standards.Responsibilities and DutiesCoordination with Various consultants and keeping design intent intact while getting functionality and cost in place and following remain main roles responsibility.
Excellent communication is a must. Project Architect needs to be clear with questions, edits, feedback, follow-up and so forth. Candidate is expected to work swiftly and set clear timelines for outputs. Candidate must also be able to collaborate and work as part of a team, giving and receiving feedback productively. Valuable soft skills include time management, multitasking and the ability to write and speak well.
