Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0- 3 years of experience. The role requires the candidate to have excellent technical and design skills.

Education

• Diploma/BE in Architecture or a related field.

Qualification

• Diploma/BE in Architecture or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in architectural design.
• Excellent proficiency in CADD, 3D with SketchUp, and rendering with Lumion.
• Ability to collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and plans using CADD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other software as required.
• Assist with conceptualising and developing design ideas for projects.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects meet client expectations, deadlines.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
