- Proven experience as a Graphic Lead or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to presentations, brochures, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-brand design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and techniques, integrating innovative ideas into the firm's visual identity.
- Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
