The incumbent will be a skilled Motion Graphics designer with a compelling portfolio of aesthetically pleasing, memorable, distinctive and most importantly effective creatives.
▪ Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Communication Design, or related fields.
▪ The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent animation skills, and experience working with industry-standard software.
▪ The candidate should be expertly proficient with the complete Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, AI, CorelDraw, and InDesign.
▪ Demonstrated expertise in creating Motion Graphics
▪ Prior experience in an Advertising agency is required.
▪ Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Communication Design, or related fields.
▪ Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of all assets.
▪ High degree of accountability to ensure deliveries of the highest standards in terms of quality and timelines without losing attention to details.
▪ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
▪ Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

▪ Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists to ensure the design vision is brought to life accurately.
▪ Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
▪ Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of each design job.
▪ Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
▪ Making convincing and well-thought-through presentations of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
▪ Make recommendations for improvements in workflows, reporting and pitches of all design projects.
▪ Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
▪ Be in sync with current design trends around the globe. Should have the ability to translate ideas into tangible design concepts.
▪ Keep abreast of latest developments in design principles as well as technology and educate peers through informal and formal discussions.
