Job Description

As a Motion Designer at Realatte Ventures LLP, you will be responsible for creating captivating motion graphics and animations that bring our real estate marketing campaigns to life. Working closely with our creative team, you will contribute to the development of visually compelling content that sets our projects apart in the competitive real estate market.

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualisation and Idealisation: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop motion graphic concepts for real estate marketing campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual storytelling.

Motion Graphics Design:Design and create visually appealing motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media,and promotional videos.
Develop on-brand visuals that convey the unique selling points of each property.

Collaboration:Work closely with other members of the creative team, including cinematographers, editors, and producers, to achieve a unified and polished result.
Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and deliver on creative objectives.

Adaptability:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design and animation.
Adapt to evolving project requirements and provide creative solutions to challenges.
