Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in designing packing materials, implementing and innovating in the industry, and designing samples.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
• Strong portfolio of packaging designs that demonstrate creativity, functionality, and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and design principles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and effective packaging designs that align with the company's brand identity and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and production to develop new packaging solutions.
• Create 3D models and renderings of packaging designs using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
• Conduct market research to stay current with trends and emerging technologies in the packaging industry.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for packaging designs and materials.
• Develop prototypes and samples to test and refine designs before production.
• Ensure that designs comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Create detailed specifications and instructions for production teams.
