Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience (excluding internships)
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Analyse data and customer feedback to gain insights into areas for product improvement and innovation.
- Product Enhancement:
- Collaborate with teams to define and prioritise feature enhancements.
- Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the overall user experience and align with business goals.
- UI/UX Design:
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Prototyping and Wireframing:
- Produce prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
