Job Description

Education

• Graduation or equivalent degree.

Qualification

• In-depth knowledge of Figma
• Expert in designing systems
• Understanding of what works and what clutters
• A deep focus on simplifying usability and empathizing with the end-user

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make appropriate design decisions based on data and user behavior by conducting user research
• Understand the user's personas and needs
• Based on feedback, adjust the approach to designs
• Improve the lives of businessmen by creating new directions for Vyapar
• Providing mentorship and inspiration to a team of designers
• Resolve blockers, prioritize, and decompose complex projects to improve team performance
