Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or equivalent.

Qualification

• 5+ yrs. of work experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Effects Artist, or a similar position in an events/ design agency.

• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Maya.

• Good knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts resulting in visually appealing stands and display units.

• Ability to assess the size and arrangements of illustrative material and copy for final production.

• Excellent creativity and artistic skills.

• An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Excellent time management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, designers, and/or creative director to review projects and deadlines and agree on development timelines. These meetings may involve collaborating on design ideas and coming up with new suggestions for improving a project.

• Interpret briefs efficiently and pitch ideas clearly to the client and design team.

• Conceptualize ideas and processes to create graphics, visual effects, and animations using 3D modelling, texture, mapping, and other techniques.

• Create quick and detailed 3D models and drawings that could be anything from environments, stage designs to real-life objects.

• Maintain constant communication with clients (if required) to understand their design requirements and conceptualize creative ideas.

• Utilize a combination of traditional and technologic approaches to 3D design.

• Reviewing 3D arts and recommending improvements.
