Handle projects independently, under guidance of Head Designs / Sr Architect. To be solely responsible for Project planning, coordination, line up, material procurement, project site manpower management and implementation of Architectural & Interior designing projects. He shall be responsible for management of Customer and Contractor resources with responsibility for the end result. Help Head Design / Sr Architect on all aspects of the Site. Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks and controls. Coordinate with Vendors for samples and meetings.
Bachelor's (Preferred)
2-3 years in similar position, apart from Internship.
Should have handled project > 2000 sft and budget of min ₹ 25 Lakhs.
