As an Architect, you will have to design and develop commercial & residential projects.

B. Arch.

Qualification

• B. Arch. with at 3+ year s relevant experience in drafting and drawings of residential projects.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural regulations and procedures.
• Hands on experience in residential and commercial projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• To design and develop commercial & residential projects as per the inputs.
• Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Using the construction brief to identify client needs and put together feasibility.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections and compile project specifications.
• Keep within budgets and timelines and Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
• To maintain proper drawing records for company as per norms and to select of materials.
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
• Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
• Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, and contracts.
• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
• Source materials and products included in plans.
