Job Description
We seek an intermediate architectural designer with at least 4 years of hospitality design experience for our interior design studio. You will be part of a highly creative team that designs unexpected hospitality interiors for our clients worldwide.
COVID 19 considerations: Applicants must be based in Mumbai, India or willing to relocate to Mumbai, India. The applicant must be in office 2 times a week.
Education
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Qualification
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 4+ years of work experience on international projects.
- 4+ years of experience in High End Hospitality, Residential, Commercial or Retail Interior Design
- Strong understanding of FF&E and space planning
- Proficient in the following programs: MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup.
- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Red line all architectural drawing sets.
- Assist and work with a senior architect to manage the full production of drawing sets in all the phases from SD to CD documentation.
- Develop conceptual floor plan layouts and sketches to analyze spaces.
- Work closely with the senior interior designers.
- Draw custom mill work and FF&E details for the projects.
- Clearly and concisely communicate with both internal team members and consultants throughout project duration regarding design concept, design execution and follow through.
