Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• 5+ Years of experience in Creative Design.
• Good work exposure in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects
• Good in Grid systems/Design Principle Systems
• Having an edge over AI tools will be cherry on the top.
• Should have experience of leading and training team of designers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop innovative design solutions
• Define and communicate the creative vision and brand identity
• Lead the design and execution of design strategies
• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design timelines
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables
• Proactively ideate design thinking to do creative deliverable
• Work closely with internal and external creative teams
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution
• Contribute to design projects
• Review and approve final designs
