We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fashion Designer who can lead a Team. As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design process, from conceptualization to final product, while providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers. Your innovative ideas, exceptional design sense, and deep knowledge of industry trends will contribute to our brand's continued success and growth.
Bachelor's (Preferred)
1. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate junior designers.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
3. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, fit, and craftsmanship.
4. Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and push boundaries in design.
1) Lead the end-to-end design process, including conceptualization, sketching, fabric selection, and garment construction, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts and brand consistency.
3) Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and tech packs for production, ensuring accuracy and feasibility for manufacturing processes.
4) Collaborate with patternmakers, sample makers, and manufacturers to oversee the development and fitting of prototypes, ensuring designs are brought to life as envisioned.
5) Attend fashion shows, trade events, and industry gatherings to stay abreast of emerging trends, competitor analysis, and network with industry professionals.
6) Conduct fittings and quality checks to maintain high standards of fit, craftsmanship, and overall product excellence.
