As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication across various digital and print platforms. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring our ideas to life through compelling and visually appealing designs.

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced and creative environment.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and transform them into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging designs, graphics, and illustrations for digital and print materials, including website assets, social media content, marketing collateral, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Translate complex concepts and ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, ensuring that designs align with our visual guidelines and standards.
• Use a variety of design tools and software to create and edit graphics, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of our visual assets.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, as needed, to ensure the delivery of high-quality design assets.
