Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Proven track record with 10 to 12 years of experience in graphic design.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools eg Canva.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and trends.
- Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
