Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, fine arts, media communication or equivalent

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, fine arts, media communication or equivalent
• 3+ years' of experience in visual communication backed by a strong portfolio
• Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience in print and digital marketing collaterals such as posters, infographics, emailers, handouts, banners, etc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office with an expertise in power point presentation development and design
• Understanding of animation is a big plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good eye for aesthetics: Layout, grid systems, color theory, typography and visual hierarchy along with knowledge of elements and principals of design
• Up-to-date with industry-leading software and technologies (Creative Cloud Suite with an expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills. A team player with an experience in working with on multiple projects.
• Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material.
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
• Develop our company brand to increase brand presence.
