Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic designer for our digital marketing team to develop our ad creatives and brand content for Facebook, Google, and Linkedin among other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about tourism & education also who has a strong sense of design aesthetics that appeals to tourism & education

Education

• A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Qualification

• A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects
• Working knowledge of animation tools like Adobe Animate and Cinema 4D will be preferred.
• Experience creating digital and print marketing materials, with a portfolio that showcases your design skills and understanding of marketing concepts
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to design with the end user in mind (preferable but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and the ability to create designs that align with affiliate marketing strategies and goals.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design for social media content, graphic novels or. print media
• Someone who is passionate about latest trends in Design & Motion Graphics/
• Candidates who operate best in high-speed environments.
• Ability to break molds and formats of one’s own previous work.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating visually engaging digital and print assets such as website banners, social media graphics, email templates, browser banners, images, and landing pages to promote affiliate program and product integrations.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to understand the target audience and goals of each campaign and incorporating these insights into your designs.
• Deliver graphics packaging for news and media content as per content strategy
• Develop and deliver appealing thumbnails that help the content to achieve targets on subscription, views and engagement
• Create Motion Graphics videos as and when required with a keen sense that Delivers the message in the most simple way while also appealing to the audience that we cater to.
• Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that design needs are met and expectations are clear.
