Diploma (Required)
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
· To be well versed with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, video editing software’s.
· Skilled in video editing and photography.
· Brainstorm ideas and develop new approaches to creating innovative and expressive graphics, presentations, social media images, covers, info-graphics, and more.
· Quickly design flyers, books, collaterals, banners, standee that are impressive and emphasize products and services at hand.
· Strategize designs that will elicit a positive response, communicate important ideas and share company values with viewers.
· Integrate company values and brand assets into design work in order to effectively demonstrate the nature of the company and attract customers on an ideological basis.
· Consult with management to ensure designs adhere to company standards, express desired ideas and represent products accurately.
· Should be good enough to accept and understand challenging briefs, visualizing and creative graphics and creative layouts and able to conceptualize and present ideas visually.
· Professionalism approach regarding time, costs and deadlines.
· Have a good sense of colour schemes.
· Should be innovative in terms of bringing new design ideas on the table.
