Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and visual communications, with a proven track record of creating compelling and effective designs for a variety of mediums.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field

Qualification

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and create visually stunning designs that meet or exceed project requirements
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with these guidelines
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, including the creation of wireframes, mockups, and final designs
• Create and maintain a library of design assets, including icons, graphics, and templates
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies and continually update design skills and knowledge
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction on their work
