Job Description

Coinfantasy is looking for a Senior Designer who will be responsible for owning and providing direction for product and brand identity by working closely with the product, engineering, marketing, and people success teams. You will influence high-level product ideas from conception through execution, across various form factors. Additionally, you will also build and mentor a team that is responsible for deliverables across a wide range of opportunities including product enhancements, brand identity, creatives, user research, and design guidelines.

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• 3+ years of experience in directly managing design teams and proficiency in design tools
• Good understanding of web and mobile design principles
• Ability to accommodate requests from various teams and stakeholders without compromising on core design principles or timelines
• A strong portfolio of professional design projects that focus on simple UI and intuitive UX
• Core interaction design skills and a terrific understanding of usability
• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to conduct detailed design reviews (visual, interaction design, and UX copy) through documented and actionable feedback
• Ability to have effective communication in describing your vision to other team members through well-articulated opinions, backed by research and data
• Comfortable working closely with software development teams in an agile environment, with basic knowledge of capabilities and limitations in web & mobile development

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define the design strategy for the product to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Build and mentor an opinionated, world-class design team to work closely with the product managers and customers to translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Work with engineering teams to ensure thorough and timely implementation of designs as per specifications
• Understand how our users are interacting with the product by evaluating user engagement data/success metrics and make improvements to our design approach accordingly
• Influence stakeholders to prioritize design and experience problems in the roadmap
• Work with marketing and people success teams to influence creatives, brand identity, and external perception
• Provide thought leadership on user experience and user-centered design principles to mentor the design team
