We are looking for a senior graphic designer to join our team
Bachelor's (Preferred)
· At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the online media industry or any other relevant industry.
· A strong portfolio of previous design work that showcases design expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Expertise in creating designs for web and mobile platforms.
· Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box design solutions
· Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Curious and proactive by nature.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with our brand guidelines and engage our target audience.
· Develop and execute creative concepts for a range of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, display advertising generating innovative concepts, branding, web design, advertising campaigns and newsletter design.
· Create visually stunning marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Evaluate design feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve design quality.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
· Coach and mentor junior designers to help elevate their design skills and foster a positive team environment.
