We are looking for a female qualified and creative interior designer having high-potential & maturity. At least 6 years experience Minimum, preferably worked on major projects with high end interiors & finishes elements. A minimum of 4/5 Star Hotel/ Hospital/ Club/Mall/luxury Residences/ restaurants.
Graduate in Architecture/Interior Design or similar
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
Expertise in layout, details, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, Power point or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
Graduate in Architecture/Interior Design or similar
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Supervise work progress
Work closely with Agencies, designers, decorators, architects, and constructors
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
Use electronic or manual techniques to conceive, conceptualize, and implement creative ideas.
Provide a variety of concepts and ideas for interior design projects.
Examine all reference resources in order to communicate your opinions.
Present the illustration both manually and digitally.
Use finish and material decisions, fixture alternatives, and modern interior design techniques to interpret, design, and recommend architectural solutions.
