Job Description

Rathi Association is looking for the Profile of Senior Interior Designer.

Education

• Min B. Arch / Candidates with additional Interior Designing course.

Qualification

• Min B. Arch / Candidates with additional Interior Designing course.
• We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience of 8 years.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proven working experience in Executing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, and new constructions).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
• Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively with client and by working
• closely with the internal team and client’s team.
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Check and approve all interior drawings from the points of view of technical completeness, clarity, conformance with standards & site conditions dimensional accuracy and the correct specification of materials and processes.
• Generating all types of drawings, as instructed or required for smooth functioning of a project.
• Project execution, Site coordination, and co-ordination between clients, contractors, consultants and related agencies.
• Take up individual responsibilities of project when called upon to do so and handle the project successfully till timely completion independently.

Late Ar. 8. H. Rathi 's was a life dedicated to design, originality and commitment. He was incredibly passionate design as a subject and was considered a stalwart in the field of design and Architecture. In the late 80's and 90's when the multinationals entered India - he played a pivotal role in defining and bringing in many corporate interior trends and standards. Being a veteran in the design field, he was a frequent speaker at industry seminars and has served as a visiting faculty at various Architecture colleges. Architect Rathi's achievements and contribution to the design community have been recognized in India as well as abroad. He was the recipient Of the Lifetime Achievement Award from Indian Institute of Interior Designers and was honored in Houston (USA) for excellence in Architectural Design.
