Profile: Senior Visual Designer

Experience: 3+ Year

Location: The Beautiful City of Lakes, Udaipur (Rajasthan)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in visual communication design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other design software.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior designers is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand, target audience, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content across a range of media, including print collateral, digital advertising, and social media.
• Create and maintain visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and infographics, that align with our brand guidelines and support our marketing and product initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all designs meet our high standards for quality and effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure that all designs are aligned with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the wider team to help drive innovation and excellence in design.
