Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented individual to join our team as the Head of Interior Design. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive experience in interior design and a proven track record of delivering outstanding projects. As the Head of Interior Design, you will lead our design team, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, innovation, and execution.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a design team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of interior designers to create exceptional designs that exceed client expectations.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Design Development: Drive the creative design process, ensuring that concepts are innovative, functional, and align with client objectives.
• Client Interaction: Cultivate strong client relationships, actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and address feedback effectively.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the design team.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality standards for all design deliverables, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative ideas into design concepts.
