Experience : 3-4 years
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field

- 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of managing projects and leading design teams
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design work on time and within budget
- Experience in architecture or a related field.
- Develop and lead the design concept for each project, ensuring that it meets the client's needs and expectations
- Manage and coordinate the work of the design team, providing guidance and direction to junior designers and interns
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project
- Source and select materials and finishes, working within budget constraints and timeframes
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation
- Ensure that all design work is completed on time and within budget
- Attend client meetings and presentations to provide design insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other industry professionals
- Continuously research and keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
