Cendrol User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers: we care deeply about the people who use our products. The UX team plays an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform design. We collaborate closely with each other and across teams to create industry-leading products that deliver value for the people who use them.

As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate with your design partners to leverage and evolve the beautiful, innovative, and inspired products that people love to use.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Related field, or Equivalent Practical Experience.
• 2 years of experience in UX Design.
• A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.

Qualification

• Experience and passion designing for the low/no code app building space or for enterprise customers and/or developers or Automation/Integration/Connector space.
• Experience of building development environment toolings.
• Experience as a T-shaped designer with excellent design skills. Ability to carry out necessary technical discussions with Engineers and product discussions with Product Managers.
• Experience working collaboratively with other designers, researchers, product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions and follow through execution.
• Experience prototyping and building your own designs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate positions, and advocate for designs.

• Design, build, and deliver high quality UX. Create storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to guide design and development.
• Advocate for users and user-centered design processes. Create north star visions based on user needs and bring them to life.

• Bring more value to our customers by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
