Sunshine Teahouse Private Limited known as 'Chaayos' was formed with the vision to create a unique tea experience for the consumers of India. With several tea experiments, today the customers of India can easily have access to a good cup of tea and snacks.

Education

UG : Any Graduate

Qualification

• A product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve Enterprise Problems/customer needs.
• Prototyping, product/interaction/visual design/prototype through pencil on paper sketching and using tools such as Figma, Sketch.
• Stellar visual skills (attention to detail, stay on brand, build new patterns).
• Deep understanding of design principles and industry trends.
• Ability to clearly present your work; you are articulate and can advocate design rationale.
• Readily give and receive constructive feedback.
• Experience partnering with cross functional teams in launching new products and improvements to existing features.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Think visually – using techniques like storyboards and sketching – to communicate interaction design concepts
• Think conceptually – applying a user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies to develop engaging interfaces
• Make design decisions based on good judgment, experience, research and data
• Have a real impact at scale through new product launches and incremental improvements that effect millions of our customers every day
• Be part of a fun, humble team, always learning, and collaborating with other designers to deliver a cohesive      Associate/customer-centered experience.
• Result-oriented and independent worker with out-of-the-box and independent thinking capability.
• Have the capability to think beyond the current parameters of a proposed new product/application with a perceptive curiosity of how to make it better
• Assess requirements and translate the same into tangible outcomes
• Should be able to conduct task analysis, usability tests, heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, site viss, focus groups and related user research.
• Perform user testing on prototypes and software builds.
• Design and model user interfaces prototypes.
• Create and visualize intuitive interface design for solutions proposed
• Support translation of interface design to interactive interfaces.
• Generate relevant documentation to support Usability tests and also development efforts. This includes design documentation and specifications.
• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to deliver on time and work under deadline pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be able to handle large group communications at senior levels in an engaging manner.
• HTML and CSS design and development is a plus.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
