Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products using Adobe XD for website design, Adobe Photoshop for social media or other graphic work, Adobe Illustrator for printing, and Adobe After Effects for video edits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for various digital platforms, including websites, web Apps, and other interactive media. Your role will also involve conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user interfaces for digital products using Adobe XD for website design, Adobe Photoshop for social media or other graphic work, Adobe Illustrator for printing, and Adobe After Effects for video edits.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping, Adobe Photoshop for graphic work, Adobe Illustrator for printing, and Adobe After Effects for video editing and animations.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Adobe XD.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, colour, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with usability testing and user research is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Adobe XD
  Design visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web apps, and other digital platforms using Adobe XD.
• Create social media graphics or other graphic work using Adobe Photoshop.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and insights to inform design iterations.
• Use Adobe After Effects for video edits, motion graphics, and animations as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure they are accurately translated into functional interfaces.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
• Provide design support for marketing materials, such as banners, social media posts, and other promotional assets using Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
