We're searching for a passionate UI/UX Designer. You'll work within a passionate design, development and marketing team to craft engaging, usable and accessible experiences across a range of platforms. Including desktop, iOS and android. We work with clients across the Americas, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand - so our designs aim to be world-class.

Education

UG : Any Graduate

Qualification

• Experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Experience using design tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio that showcases your experience
• You are an advocate for your customers, that places high value in research and data analysis when it comes to designing and validating potential solutions
• You are eager to visually communicate your thoughts and ideas through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and designs
• You thrive in a collaborative workplace
• You are a creative problem solver thats excited by a challenge
• Capturing and analysing end-to-end current and future state processes

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create stunning, modern user interface designs and quality user experiences.
2. Recommend enhancements to existing digital experiences and assets to improve customer user experience.
3. Create mock-ups, collect site/app feedback and create quality design work for review.
4. Use human-centred and evidence-based design methodologies and tools.
5. Ensure coherent and consistent product experiences across digital platforms.
6. Use customer research, personas, use case scenarios, interactive prototypes, competitive analyses, flows, and data to craft interaction designs that meet the needs of customers.
7. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of UI design across the business and the building out of the design system and library.
8. Ideate and create conceptual user interface designs that continually push the boundaries to ensure our product offerings are market-leading.
9. Implement and analyse A/B and multivariate testing results.
10. Work within complex stakeholder environments and contribute to business outcomes.
