Bachelor's (Preferred)
1. 2 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer
2. UI design portfolio and work experience designing web and mobile applications
3. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe XD, Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign or other creative software likes Figma
4. Knowledge of Video editing softwares like Premiere Pro and After Effects would
be a plus
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to discuss and
explain design options and present creative solutions wherever possible
6. Problem solver and customer-centered
7. Sound knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
1. Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets and creatively innovating every hour of the day.
2. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
3. Leading initiatives for Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
5. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
