GreyBlue is a new start-up venture from DAAS Labs, which was established in 2015 to assist data-driven organizations, using emerging tech. DAAS Labs delivers Transparency and Agility to business processes by providing expertise in areas such as Data Warehousing, DevOps, IT Strategy & Automation and Reporting & Analytics.
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of our product experience. Sitting in the product team you will work extensively with product, growth and our engineering team to understand our user base, and work to improve business needs, related requirements and technical constraints.
· Solid grasp of design, UX research and design thinking.
· Good knowledge of user interface design.
· Familiarity with design methods.
· Understanding of information & interaction design.
· Proficient with user flows.
· Sound experience in user-centred design.
· Experience with UI & UX.
· Must have worked on B2C mobile app.
· Excellent knowledge of product design, interactive prototypes.
· Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
· Excellent knowledge of mobile design.
· Problem solving and structure solution.
· Good team player and Aligned to organizational rules and policies.
· Good Communication skills.
· Build a solid foundation in business-centric mobile & web design
· Speak with end-users to develop a solid understanding of their needs and apply this to designs
· Early-stage design, ideation techniques, and research methods
· Leverage novel ideas, user interface patterns, and industry best practices to optimize the user interface and user experience of the company products
· Help conduct usability testing to determine how designs are accepted by end users
· Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
· Define UX and UI requirements to execute a consistent experience across touchpoints
· Demonstrate user workflows and ideas through wireframes, mock-ups, and storyboards
· Review current user activity to bring in and optimize new business
