Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join out team.

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• High self-motivation to lead design projects from beginning to end.
• You are willing/able to demonstrate how you solved specific problems to solve users' needs.
• Excellent communication in presenting designs and communicating what problems they are solving while giving/receiving feedback.
• Ability to quickly grasp goals and requirements from light specifications.
• Must be able to effectively & efficiently work with stakeholders spread across many time zones.
• Demonstrated use of user-centered design principles as well as an understanding of the latest trends in mobile & web design.
• Extreme attention to details and consistency is a must.
• Passionate about solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions.
• Prefer 3+ year UI design experience with a background in UX.
• Extraordinary communication skills & commitment oriented approach;

Roles & Responsibilities

• Have a seat at the table, a voice in our projects to help us build the best possible experience for our users while working together and incorporating each other's feedback.
• Work with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and others to help define strategy and product requirements.
• Drive the user experience and the look & feel for all of our web & mobile offerings.
• You have the ability to view individual projects and assets as a moving piece, and have the ability to orchestrate them accordingly.
• Own storytelling, designs & asset creation of our sales and marketing collateral.
• Show attention to detail on all levels while constantly brainstorming new ideas and optimizing current designs.
• Design & deliver product interfaces, design assets, collateral in a high paced environment.
