Job Description

We are seeking a versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, your primary focus will be on creating brand guidelines, designing captivating social media posts, and overseeing website design. The ideal candidate should have a blend of graphic design and UI/UX skills, previous experience, and a strong command of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Education

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

  • Previous experience as a UI/UX & Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma.
  • Comprehensive understanding of color theory, brand guidelines, and design principles.
  • Ability to translate brand identity into visually cohesive design solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Brand Guidelines:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive brand guidelines that reflect the company's identity, values, and messaging.
Ensure consistent visual elements across all platforms and materials.

2. Social Media Design:
Conceptualize and create visually appealing social media content for various platforms that align with brand guidelines.
Craft engaging visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

3. Website Design Oversight:
Work closely with the development team to ensure website designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
Continuously enhance the user experience to optimize engagement and conversions.

4. Graphic & UI/UX Design:
Combine graphic design skills with UI/UX principles to create cohesive and user-centered design solutions.
Design UI elements, interactive components, and user flows for digital products.

5. Color Theory & Brand Consistency:
Apply color theory and brand guidelines to maintain consistent visual branding across all materials.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with team members, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to translate concepts into impactful design solutions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide and receive constructive feedback, and iterate on designs based on input.

7. Continuous Learning & Innovation:
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
