Role: UI/UX Designer
Experience Level: 3 to 6 Years
Work location: Bangalore
- Duration of the engagement: 2 months
- Exp range of the candidate: Junior (2- 3.5 years), Senior (3.5 - 6 years)

Education
UG : Any Graduate
Qualification
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
- Conducting user research.
Must have skills would be:
- Figma Tool
- Strong UI
- Branding or Rebranding Experience
Good to have skills would be:
- Wireframing
- Usability Testing
- Prototyping
- User-centered Design
- Experience delivering interface design solutions, including highly detailed, annotated wireframes and user flows within complex web applications.
- Understanding of color theory, Typography and Infographics.
- Knowledge or hands on experience in the usage of D3 chart libraries.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience solving UX problems and designing thoughtfully crafted data visualization and dashboard experiences.
- Experience with data visualization, including trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma etc.)
- Proficient with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand product/solution specifications, user needs and user psychology.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Make the users experience top-notch when it comes to look & feel, usage, information architecture, and functionality.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
- Initiate and push for innovative and intuitive user experiences.
- Create elegant, intuitive solutions to complex product flows and problems.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver creative, coherent product design.s
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to the development team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (storytelling).
- Ability to explain design decisions to clients.
- Manage daily design requests in a deadline driven team environment.
