Job Description

 Kleza Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring for the job role of UI/UX Designer. 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design/product design or relevant experience

Qualification

• 2-4 years of Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio must exhibit understanding of user experience design principles and knowledge of UI best practices and usability
• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design/product design or relevant experience
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills
• Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography composition, color, composition, layout, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of UX collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Miro and similar
• Phone and Tablet design experience for Android and iOS is a must
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understanding users pain points and Creating user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
• Design logos, icons, flyers, pamphlets and other marketing material
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, technologies, web and mobile design.
• Design and manage style guidelines between mobile and desktop
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
