Join our IT team as a UI/UX Designer, contributing to the success of technology initiatives. We seek a creative individual with a focus on IT solutions, proficient in design tools, and experienced in website and software design.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Preferred)·
· Certification or coursework in UI/UX design or related field
· 1-6 years of experience in UI/UX design roles
· A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work
· Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box
· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
· Proven experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive designs
· Demonstrated expertise in Figma and Adobe Reader, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Preferred)
User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Use this data to inform design
· decisions.
· Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design
· concepts.
· Information Architecture: Develop and maintain an intuitive information architecture to ensure users can easily navigate theproduct or website.
· User Interface Design: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with the brand's identity.
· Interaction Design: Define and design interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure designalignment with business goals.
· User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
· Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and functional on various devices and screen sizes. Accessibility: Design interfaces that are accessible to users with disabilities, following WCAG guidelines.
· Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and design system components for development teams.
