Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and near perfectionist to join our young yet super competent team as a User Interface Designer. UX Designer is responsible for planning, leading, and contributing to human-centered design activities. This is a client-facing role and requires a strong understanding of Experience Architecture and Design principles and best practices, as well as an understanding of the common tools used in modern website and application design environments.

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer is required
• Should have experience in Mobile and Web platform.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Ability to Work with UX Design Guidelines.
• Experience in User Research, Interaction Design.
• Experience in Creative design.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
