We're seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Lead to join Sigma Solve’s Design team and help us push the boundaries
of design excellence. We understand the pivotal role that UI/UX design plays in shaping the success of our projects.
The UI UX Lead's responsibilities include driving the overall design strategy and execution of Sigma Solve’s and its client’s
digital goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, marketing team
and stakeholders, to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience and align with our brand
identity.
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field (e.g., Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design).
6-to-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Add-on plus skills for advantage:
o Motion graphics experience with tools: Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro.
o Unity 3D, Augmented and Virtual Reality Project Experience
1. Lead and Inspire Design Team:
a. Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative,
creative atmosphere.
b. Set clear design objectives and help team members grow in their roles.
2. Design Strategy:
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs.
b. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the design process.
3. User Research and Testing:
a. Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences.
b. Plan and oversee usability testing to gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
4. User-Centric Design:
a. Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the design process.
b. Collaborate with product managers to define user stories and requirements.
5. Visual Design:
a. Produce visually appealing and on-brand UI designs that enhance the overall user experience.
b. Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and colour schemes.
6. Prototyping:
a. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and user interaction of digital products.
7. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with sales, project managers and engineers.
b. Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design
solutions.
c. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
d. Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
8. Quality Assurance:
a. Conduct design reviews and quality assurance to ensure the final product meets design specifications.
9. Documentation:
a. Maintain design documentation and guidelines for internal and external use.
10. Innovative Projects / Immersive Experience:
a. Initiate, contribute and lead innovative immersive experience projects.
