Job Description

The UX Designer ( Product Designer) will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of design solutions for the problems that the product encounters in collaboration with the Technical, Product, Data & Business stakeholders. A part of the bandwidth would be required for mentoring junior designers and contributing to the process as a whole. Thinking of design being aggressively User-centric is something that we would love to see in action.

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• 2 + years of experience in product design - working on multiple web and mobile products.
• A great understanding of Visual Design with attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to understand user pain points and drive user research and usability testing.
• Ability to design and prototype new and creative approaches to complex design problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be able to clearly articulate design decisions to the Design team as well as the leadership team.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to define, strategise, design and ship features.

Bonus Points

• Expertise in one or more of the following product spaces: Development knowledge, Motion Graphics, Content creation and UX writing.
• Having a dynamic design blog or any published articles.
• Understanding the importance of Data & Analytics in making data driven designs.Being comfortable with numbers.

• Leading & Owning the Design Process: Lead the product design process from conception through to validation and production, driving high-quality outcomes.
• Individual contributor: You should be able to understand and process complex problems to come up with elegant and informed solutions.
• Team player: Showcase excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams
• Building Knowledge: Developing knowledge of users across key areas and deep expertise in your strategic product area. Also, evangelise design and design practices across the organisation.
• Guide & Mentor: You will be motivating and guiding the growth of your Design team members with strong interpersonal skills.
