Job Description

• Understand product specifications in detail and user psychology
• Design complete user experience that meets user needs and Genworks digital platform vision
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes, visual designs and prototypes around customer needs
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback from internal & external stakeholders
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to engineering team

Education

Any Graduate

Qualification

• High proficiency in UX design process and methodologies
• High proficiency in various UX design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• High proficiency in software application UX design, banner and graphic designs for websites, marketing campaign designs, application logo designs
