Job Description

Education

A Bachelor's degree in UX design or a field closely related.

Qualification

  • A Bachelor's degree in UX design or a field closely related.
  • At least 4+ years of UX design experience, with an emphasis on omnichannel experiences.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in user research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Undertaking user research and analysis to comprehend user requirements and tackle pain points across all channels.
  • Developing intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces across all channels.
  • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure our designs fulfil business objectives across all channels.
  • Performing usability testing and refining designs in response to user feedback across all channels.
  • Keeping abreast with the latest UX trends and best practices for omnichannel experiences.
