We are looking for a highly creative User Experience Designer with an eye for creating user-friendly web products and marketing materials. We are in the process of growing one of the largest insurance comparison search marketplaces that attract millions of shoppers annually. In this role, you will be responsible for producing fresh, cutting-edge digital and web concepts and designs that demonstrate vision and attention to flawless user experience.

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred) 

Qualification

• 3+ years of graphic design, UX/UI, and responsive website design experience
• Experience working in the tech industry is a plus
• A strong portfolio of digital graphics and web design
• Strong skill and experience working in Adobe CC including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, XD, Figma, and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of HTML required
• Photography, video, and motion graphics experience a plus
• Bring a spirit of creativity, agility, and out-of-the-box thinking to make our brand stand out.
• Attention to detail and an eye for design and aesthetics
• Detail-oriented, organized and punctual

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design engaging UIs for customer-facing applications that deliver a superior user experience
• Create eye-catching designs and marketing materials to increase brand awareness
• Handle creative projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain brand elements, formulate new layouts and create artwork for advertising, internal documents, print, and web/social media.
• Efficient management of time and deadlines
• Collaborate with the growth and management teams to improve user conversion and engagement.
• Make design improvements and recommendations based on best practices
