Job Description

We are looking for a UX / UI Designer to help us with developing a few websites and mini websites and also an ERP software which we have under development. The UX/ UI Designer selects and arranges moderately complex visuals to convey a message to an audience that is consistent and generates an intuitive user experience (UX) that is supported through UX research methods.

Education

Bacheor's (Preferred)

Qualification

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role.
• Experience with UX research methodologies (e.g. card sorting, journey mapping, user flows)
• Expertise in prototyping tools such as Balsamic, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or Invision Studio
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Understanding of and ability to use color theory, typography, and gestalt principles to create visually appealing interfaces
• A portfolio with examples that show innovative ways to solve user problems
• Visual Design Softwares: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Working knowledge of application development is a plus: JavaScript, CSS, HTML

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform user research around target audiences to identify their needs, behavior, and attitudes
• Have a clear understanding of the software development life cycle and UI/UX best practices.
• Model personas, task archetypes, and user stories based on quantitative and qualitative data to inform design strategy and execution.
• Work with software development, product management, and customers to create user-centered designs in support of our enterprise product.
• Deliver sitemaps, user journeys, wireframes and components with detailed documentation.
• Moderate design-thinking exercises to align on approach and execution.
• Manage work on multiple projects deliverable simultaneously from concept to completion within project timelines.
• Apply your design knowledge to develop sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Take rough ideas and/or sketches and manifest them into pixel-perfect designs and thoughtful interactions and experiences
• Create and maintain UX design guidelines and documentation and help the team to follow it
• Present design work to Managers and internal stakeholders for review and feedback.
