Job Description
As a UX/UI Designer at MERP Systems, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to translate user needs and business objectives into elegant and effective design solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree, Graphic design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree, Graphic design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience(not less than 3 years) as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Information Architecture: Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to outline the structure and functionality of digital products.
- User Interface Design: Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, including high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, while ensuring a consistent and on-brand design language.
- Interaction Design: Design interactive elements and micro-interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.
- Design Documentation: Produce design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development and marketing teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and our design processes.
